Landan Fashion Gloria Wavamunno (2012) Gloria Wavamunno presented the most recent collection from her eponymous fashion label, “Not a Dream, My Soulmate”, at the ‘A La Mode’ fashion event during the London fashion week. On offering was a range of quirky and youthful pret-a-porter clothing. We spoke to the designer a couple of days before the event and she described the collection as being inspired by her dreams that are her reality.

Landan Fashion Gloria Wavamunno (2012) Her pieces featured chic bustiers and fashionably cut blazers that showed off good finishing and tailoring. The mix of contemporary styles with African prints captured her soulmate Africa and versatility; she also gave the collection a modern twist with bold statements on white t-shirts ‘campaigning’ for trade against aid and solidarity to Africa. The collection overall was fresh, simple and trendy.
